Way of looking at health and wellness

Do you find yourself reacting impulsively, or do you pause to assess the situation before taking action?

Let's delve into one perspective on health and wellness that emphasizes the importance of responding rather than reacting to life's events.

It's often said that life happens for you, not to you – but this hinges on how you engage with it.

Responding allows for a more intentional and mindful approach, leading to less stress, reduced energy expenditure, and better overall energy management.

But how do you know which approach is right for you? Today, I want to briefly discuss the concept of human design.

This framework suggests that individuals have different energetic responses to life situations.

Some may thrive by responding to external stimuli, while others may need to create and initiate action.

Understanding your unique energetic profile can guide you in aligning with what truly nourishes and sustains you.

In the words of Lao Tzu, "Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true wisdom."

Have you ever felt the need to align your actions with your true self?
